Use on Chicken, Pork, Fish and Beef. 

 

Mix 1/2 cup hot water with 2 Tbsp Island Jerk rub; add 1 Tbsp lime juice and 1 Tbsp Spiced Rum. Marinate 2 -3 hours and bake or grill. 

 

Ingredients: Ginger, black pepper, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, chiles (Habanero), onion, garlic, sea salt. (GF)
